Tuesday I went to class as per the usual.
Not very much to report from Cognition. I now sit next to the same girl every week and she looks at my notes to corroborate her own which makes me a little uncomfortable because I'm not 100% certain that my notes are the best.
She also greets me whenever she sees me now, which is definitely an improvement over that guy who lives in my building and ignores me literally every time he sees me. What's up with that?
In French class we did words about Death and Violence which was fun. M. LeMiere (accent grave on second e) makes it kind of like a puzzle and it's really fun to try and figure out all the words.
Then I was talking to Engin and he told me about a Spanish party that night at the University so we agreed to meet up and go to it.
My night FLE class is cancelled for the next two weeks, so I took the opportunity to go home and eat some food. But then the party started way sooner than I thought, so that was unexpected.
On my way to Victoire, this man on a bike asked me if I thought he could bike to Arcachon. I was like "I don't know, but I don't think so. When my group went we took a bus." Then he wanted to keep talking to me about America and how long I was studying here. He also wanted my email address which is just a weird thing to ask for and I refused it and was like "nah bruh I'm leaving right now" and subsequently I was late to Victoire.
The party was actually really fun because like all of my international friends were there. And there was bread!!! I love bread. We left around 10 I think and then I went home and finished Bones and read some.
